Cancellation & Rescheduling

Private Lessons, Duo Coaching & Consultations

Private lessons, duo coaching and consultations may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. Cancelled sessions are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Duo Coaching: if one of the pair can’t attend, the session may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice, within the package’s time. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is either forfeited or goes ahead with the one person who can attend.

Performance Lab

Performance Lab bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Lab bookings are non-refundable.

MasterClass

MasterClass performer bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Cancelled or missed performer bookings are non-refundable. This applies regardless of notice given, due to advance venue and musician costs.

MasterClass observer bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Observer bookings are non-refundable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Use the link provided in your booking confirmation email. This is the fastest and most reliable method.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact carolyn@vocaleuphoria.com as early as possible.

All sessions, packages, and workshop bookings are non-refundable.
