If you’re new or unsure, an Intro Session or Consultation is a great place to begin. These sessions help clarify goals and determine the best next steps.

No experience is required. Services are designed for beginners through advanced singers and speakers.

Yes. Some group offerings, including MasterClass, are capped to ensure everyone receives focused time and attention.

All prices are in CAD and subject to 13% HST. Sessions are booked and paid for online at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit, or e-transfer. Packages and memberships offer savings compared to single sessions. For full details, see the Fees & Bookings page.

For private lessons and most sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice results in the session being forfeited.

MasterClass workshops and similar special events may be canceled but are not eligible for rescheduling and are non-refundable due to advanced venue and musician costs.

No. Consultations are strategy-focused. While examples may come up, the emphasis is on direction and clarity rather than ongoing skill development.

Consultations are ideal for new clients seeking guidance, returning clients wanting a reset, or professionals with a specific question or decision to explore.

Performance Lab is a small-group workshop focused on skill-building, experimentation, and learning through guided performance and feedback.

Yes… All attendees perform β€” there are no observer spots in this format.

Each Performance Lab is limited to 4 performers per session. Observers are not permitted.

This format allows for deeper focus, extended coaching, and active participation throughout the session.

The MasterClass is a seasonal, in-person workshop where performers present prepared material and receive focused coaching.

Performers present material and receive coaching. Observers attend to learn by watching the coaching process in action.

Each MasterClass is limited to 6 performers per session.

This cap allows for focused feedback, live coaching, and meaningful stage time for each participant.

Yes. A limited number of Observer spots are available for each MasterClass and must be booked in advance.

Observer spots are intentionally limited to maintain a focused, supportive environment for performers.

Each MasterClass includes a featured musician who performs and supports the session.

Performers should arrive with prepared material. Observers do not need to prepare anything.

Yes. The environment is structured to be supportive while encouraging growth and confidence.

Yes β€” registered Observers may attend. All observers must reserve a spot in advance; drop-ins are not available.

For minor performers, one parent or legal guardian may attend as an observer at no additional cost and must still register. Additional parents, guardians, family members, or guests must register as Observers.

MasterClass is a closed, recital-style workshop, not a public performance. Attendance is limited to registered performers and observers only.

Friends, family, and guests are welcome to attend only if they have booked an Observer spot in advance.

MasterClass bookings may be canceled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Canceled or missed bookings are non-refundable due to advance costs (venue & musician).
