📜 Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Vocal Euphoria. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Detailed booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are presented and accepted at checkout through our online booking system.

1. Booking Platform & Client Responsibility

  • All bookings, packages, and memberships are scheduled exclusively through our online booking system.
  • Clients are responsible for managing their bookings using the links provided in booking confirmation and reminder emails.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), and applicable HST is added where required.
  • All services and associated credits offered by Vocal Euphoria are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. Packages, Memberships & Expiry

  • Packages are multi-session purchases and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase. Unused or expired package sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, extended, transferred, or refunded.
  • Memberships provide a fixed number of sessions or credits per billing cycle, as specified at enrollment.
  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Unused membership sessions or credits do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Membership fees and unused sessions are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Private lessons, duo coaching (1:2), consultations, performance lab sessions, and membership sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session or credit.
  • MasterClass sessions are cancel-only. Canceled or missed MasterClass bookings are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrival does not extend the session.
  • Excessive lateness may be treated as a no-show at the coach’s discretion.

6. Participation, Conduct & Service Boundaries

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time, participate respectfully, and follow coaching guidance.
  • Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to refuse or end a session if behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. In such cases, the session will be considered complete.

7. Workshops & MasterClass Participation

  • Vocal Spark MasterClass sessions are educational workshops with a recital-like atmosphere, focused on guided performance and feedback.
  • MasterClass bookings are offered in two participation types: Performer and Observer.
  • All performers and observers must register in advance. Drop-ins are not permitted.
  • All MasterClass registrations are per session, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • For minor performers, one parent or legal guardian may attend as an observer at no additional cost and must still complete online registration.
  • Any additional parents, guardians, family members, or guests must register as Observers and are subject to the standard observer fee.
  • Unregistered or unpaid participants may be refused entry.

8. Gift Cards & Promotional Coupons

  • Gift cards and promotional coupons may be applied only to services offered at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
  • All bookings made using gift cards or coupons remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Gift cards and coupons have no cash value.
  • Expired gift cards or coupons cannot be reinstated.

9. Coach-Initiated Changes

  • If technical issues (internet, Zoom, or studio equipment) interrupt a session, the remaining time will be rescheduled or credited.
  • If the coach is unwell or contagious, the session will be rescheduled.

10. Scope of Services

Services provided by Vocal Euphoria are educational and performance-based in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

11. Force Majeure

Vocal Euphoria is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, outages, or emergencies.

12. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and used only as necessary to manage bookings, communicate with clients, and deliver services.
  • Booking-related personal data is processed through SimplyBook.me Ltd. in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Vocal Euphoria does not store full credit card or banking details.

13. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates apply to future bookings and will be posted on this page.
