These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Vocal Euphoria. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these terms.
- Booking & Payment
All sessions, packages, and workshops are booked online through the Vocal Euphoria scheduling system.
Payment is required to confirm a booking. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). 13% HST is added where applicable.
Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking to hold your appointment time.
Partial payments do not hold a booking. If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, the appointment time will be released.
Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer to
payments@vocaleuphoria.com. Please include the student’s name in the message field when paying by e-Transfer.
All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Packages
Packages are discounted bundles of sessions that must be used within a fixed validity period.
Lessons and Consultations
Series 3 — 3 sessions, valid for 4 weeks
Series 5 — 5 sessions, valid for 6 weeks
Series 10 — 10 sessions, valid for 12 weeks
Series 15 — 15 sessions, valid for 17 weeks
Performance Lab
Series 3 — 3 sessions, valid for 4 months
Series 5 — 5 sessions, valid for 6 months
Validity begins on the date of purchase, not the date of the first session. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited. Packages cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or negotiated.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
For private lessons, duo coaching, consultations, and Performance Lab sessions: 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the session. No exceptions.
For MasterClass: Bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling.
Cancelled or missed MasterClass bookings are non-refundable. This applies regardless of notice given, due to advance venue and musician costs.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed using the link in your booking
confirmation email.
- Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
Significant lateness may be treated as a no-show at the coach’s discretion.
- Workshop Participation
MasterClass sessions are structured performance workshops with limited spots. All
participants — performers and observers — must register in advance. Drop-ins are not permitted.
For minor performers, one parent or guardian may attend as an observer at no additional cost and must complete registration in advance.
Unregistered participants may be refused entry.
- Youth Participants
For participants under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and
payment. For some sessions or workshops, parent or guardian attendance may be
recommended or required.
- Conduct & Service Boundaries
Participants are expected to arrive on time, engage respectfully, and follow coaching guidance.
Full-session recording is not permitted. Short excerpts may be recorded when appropriate.
Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to refuse or end a session if conduct is unsafe,
inappropriate, or disruptive. In such cases, the session is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
Services provided by Vocal Euphoria are educational and performance-based. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
- Coach-Initiated Changes
If technical issues interrupt an online session, the remaining time will be rescheduled or credited. If the coach is unwell or contagious, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
- Force Majeure
Vocal Euphoria is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, or emergencies.
- Privacy
Personal information is collected and used only as necessary to manage bookings,
communicate with students, and deliver services. Booking-related data is processed through OnceHub in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

- eGift Cards
For Purchasers
eGift Cards are available in denominations of $150, $350, and $500 CAD and may be applied toward any session, package, workshop, or consultation offered by Vocal Euphoria.
eGift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.
eGift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired eGift Cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
HST applies at the time of redemption where applicable. It is not charged at the time of purchase.
If no eGift Card delivery is requested at the time of purchase, a confirmation receipt will be issued to the purchaser confirming the recipient’s name, the purchaser’s name, and the gift card value.
Anonymous gifts cannot be processed. A recipient name is required for all eGift Cards.
Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to verify the authenticity of eGift Cards before
processing. eGift Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted.
For Recipients
To redeem an eGift Card, complete your booking at vocaleuphoria.com and email your eGift Card to payments@vocaleuphoria.com within 30 minutes. Your eGift Card value will be applied to your invoice. Any remaining balance must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer within 30 minutes of booking. If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled and your appointment time will be released.
Your eGift Card remains valid for future bookings if your booking is cancelled due to non-payment. Any unused credit carries forward to your next booking until the expiry date.
Expired eGift Cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
- Digital Products
Guides & Tools are digital products available for individual purchase through the Vocal Euphoria website. All digital product sales are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable. Access is granted to the purchasing account only and may not be shared.
- Updates to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates apply to future bookings and will be posted on this page.
