These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Vocal Euphoria. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions, packages, and workshops are booked online through the Vocal Euphoria scheduling system.

Payment is required to confirm a booking. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). 13% HST is added where applicable.

Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking to hold your appointment time. If payment is not received within 30 minutes, the appointment time will be released.

Payment may be made by Interac e-Transfer to payments@vocaleuphoria.com or through the invoice link provided after booking. Please include the student’s name in the message field when paying by e-Transfer.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

2. Packages

Packages are discounted bundles of sessions that must be used within a fixed validity period.

• 3-session package — valid for 4 weeks
• 5-session package — valid for 6 weeks
• 10-session package — valid for 12 weeks
• 15-session package — valid for 17 weeks

Validity begins on the date of purchase, not the date of the first session. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited. Packages cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or negotiated.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

For private lessons, duo coaching, consultations, and Performance Lab sessions: 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the session.

For MasterClass: Bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Cancelled or missed MasterClass bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed using the link in your booking confirmation email.

4. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session. Significant lateness may be treated as a no-show at the coach’s discretion.

5. Workshop Participation

MasterClass sessions are structured performance workshops with limited spots. All participants — performers and observers — must register in advance. Drop-ins are not permitted.

For minor performers, one parent or guardian may attend as an observer at no additional cost and must complete registration in advance.

Unregistered participants may be refused entry.

6. Conduct & Service Boundaries

Participants are expected to arrive on time, engage respectfully, and follow coaching guidance.

Vocal Euphoria reserves the right to refuse or end a session if conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. In such cases, the session is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

Services provided by Vocal Euphoria are educational and performance-based. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

7. Coach-Initiated Changes

If technical issues interrupt an online session, the remaining time will be rescheduled or credited. If the coach is unwell or contagious, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.

8. Force Majeure

Vocal Euphoria is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, or emergencies.

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used only as necessary to manage bookings, communicate with students, and deliver services. Booking-related data is processed through OnceHub in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

10. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates apply to future bookings and will be posted on this page.
