No. Only participants attend.

Spaces are booked as either Performer or Observer and must be booked in advance.

Participants present prepared material and receive coaching and feedback within the workshop setting.

Yes. An Observer option is available.

No. MasterClass is offered in person only.

No. MasterClass bookings cannot be rescheduled.

Studio & Session, Rules & Etiquette

A private residence in East York near Woodbine Ave & Mortimer Ave (north of the Danforth).

Arrive at your scheduled time. Do not come to the door early. There is no waiting area. Students are booked back-to-back.

Yes. Students under 18 must attend the first visit with one parent or guardian.

Yes. Once the child is comfortable to proceed the parent may either stay for the lesson or wait outside. One-on-one lessons work best without distractions.

A private, quiet space with good lighting where the student can sit as well as stand.

No. The webcam must remain stationary.

Webcam and audio must be tested prior to the session.

Payments & Policies

Current pricing is displayed on the Fees & Bookings page and within the online scheduler. 

Credit card, bank transfer, and Interac e-Transfer (CAD) are accepted. 

No. 13% HST is added where applicable. 

Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking or your appointment will be released.

Your invoice will arrive by email after booking. You can pay by:

  • Credit card or bank transfer β€” use the link in your invoice
  • Interac e-Transfer β€” send to payments@vocaleuphoria.com with the student’s name in the message
  • eGift Card β€” email your card to payments@vocaleuphoria.com; your card value will be applied to your invoice and any remaining balance must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer

If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled and your appointment time will be released.

eGift Cards are prepaid credit redeemable for any session, package, workshop, or consultation at Vocal Euphoria. Booking rules apply as normal. Purchase an eGift Card.

For Purchasers

An eGift Card is prepaid credit that can be applied toward any session, package, workshop, or consultation at Vocal Euphoria.

eGift Cards are available in $150, $350, and $500 CAD.

Choose a denomination on the eGift Cards page and complete your payment by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer to payments@vocaleuphoria.com. After payment, complete the eGift Card Details form with your payment verification code and delivery preferences.

You choose the delivery method in the form: sent directly to the recipient by email, sent only to you to forward or print, or no card sent with a confirmation receipt only. Delivery is on your preferred delivery date, or within 1–3 business days if no date is specified.

Yes. You can write a custom message or use the generic message provided in the form.

No. The purchaser’s name and recipient’s name are both required.

Book your session at vocaleuphoria.com. After booking, email your eGift Card to payments@vocaleuphoria.com within 30 minutes. Your eGift Card value will be applied to your invoice.
