🧾 Payment & Purchases

Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking. Your invoice will arrive by email. You can pay by:

• Credit card or bank transfer — use the link in your invoice
• Interac e-Transfer — send to payments@vocaleuphoria.com with the student’s name in the message
• eGift Card — email your card to payments@vocaleuphoria.com; your card value will be applied to your invoice and any remaining balance must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer

If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled and your appointment time will be released.

All services including single sessions, session packages, eGift Cards, and digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.

📜 Booking & Cancellation Policy

For private lessons and most sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice results in the session being forfeited.

MasterClass and similar special events may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling and are non-refundable due to advance venue and musician costs.
