Please review these policies before booking. They apply to private sessions, consultations, workshops, and short-notice appointments unless a specific service page states otherwise.

Payment

Full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking to hold your appointment time.

If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, the appointment time will be released.

Partial payments do not hold the booking. Payments are non-refundable.

Payment may be made through the invoice payment link or by Interac e-Transfer to payments@vocaleuphoria.com. If paying by e-Transfer, please include the student’s name in the message.

Booking, rescheduling, and missed appointments

Your appointment is scheduled when you complete the booking form. Your appointment time is held once full payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellation rules depend on the service booked and the notice provided.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellations outside the cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of the session.

Arrivals and session setup

For in-person sessions, please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. This is a private residence near Woodbine & Mortimer in East York. There is no waiting area, and sessions are booked back-to-back.

Full-session recording is not permitted. You may record short excerpts when appropriate.

Youth participants

For participants under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and payment. For some group sessions or workshops, parent/guardian attendance may be recommended or required.
