Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings, packages, memberships, and workshops are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Private lessons, duo coaching (1:2), consultations, performance lab sessions, and membership sessions: 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the session.
• Vocal Spark MasterClass: Bookings may be canceled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Missed or canceled MasterClass bookings are non-refundable.

How to Make Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed using the link provided in your booking confirmation email, where available.
