All services are scheduled through the online booking system.

Yes. Students must be at least 9 years old.

Sessions are scheduled and paid online at the time of booking unless a deposit option is offered.

Packages and memberships are purchased online first. Sessions must be scheduled before package expiry or the end of the billing cycle.

Workshops are either:

  • Paid in full at the time of booking, or
  • Secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the workshop.

Available dates are shown inside the online booking system.

All pricing, taxes, and booking rules are listed on the Fees & Bookings page.

Lessons combine vocal exercises (such as solfΓ¨ge) and applied work tailored to the student’s voice and material. Focus areas may include range, vocal register, articulation, voice control, and performance development.

Yes. Lessons may be used to prepare for auditions, competitions, performances, recordings, or personal events.

Yes. Lessons include structured performance training designed to reduce hesitation and increase control under pressure.

Lessons are offered online or in person. Packages may include a combination of formats.

Public Speaking Lessons are one-on-one coaching sessions focused on voice and presentation.

Public Speaking Lessons are suitable for all experience levels.

Yes. Sessions may be used to prepare for presentations, meetings, interviews, performances, recorded media, or academic speaking.

Yes. Sessions include structured performance training designed to reduce hesitation and increase control under pressure.

Sessions are offered online or in person. Packages may include a combination of formats.

No. Sessions focus on clarity, control, and delivery. Accent is not removed.

Duo Coaching is an in-person shared singing session for two participants.

Duo Coaching is suitable for all experience levels.

Sessions combine vocal exercises and applied work tailored to both voices and shared material. Focus areas may include range, vocal register, articulation, voice control, coordination, balance, and performance development.

Yes. Sessions may be used to prepare for auditions, competitions, performances, recordings, or personal events.

Yes. Sessions include structured performance training designed to reduce hesitation and increase control under pressure.

No. Duo Coaching is in-person only.

Yes. Both participants attend and work together during the same scheduled session.

A consultation is a working session focused on clarity, strategy, and decision-making.  

Consultations are suitable for beginners, professionals, artists, and speakers seeking perspective, planning support, or strategic input.

Consultations focus on evaluation, planning, and decision-making rather than skill training.  

Yes. Consultations may be used for industry questions, project planning, self-employment decisions, event preparation, and collaborative challenges.

Yes. Consultations may be booked independently of lessons or workshops.

Yes; both in-person and online options are available.  

No. Consultations focus on practical evaluation and clear next steps.

Group Workshops

The Performance Lab is a small-group working session designed for developing material in progress through repetition, experimentation, and real-time adjustment.

All participants take turns using their material during the session.

Participants use their voices in real time β€” presenting material, observing one another, and making adjustments under coaching guidance.

No. Only participants attend.

Performance Lab sessions are limited to four participants.

No. Performance Lab is offered in person only.

Use the Performance Lab prep guide to choose material and prepare before the session.

Yes. It provides performance and applied work that supports audition preparation.

The MasterClass is a workshop designed for applying and refining prepared material within a structured setting.

Spaces are booked as either Performer or Observer and must be booked in advance.

Participants present prepared material and receive coaching and feedback within the workshop setting.

Yes. An Observer option is available.

No. MasterClass is offered in person only.

No. MasterClass bookings cannot be rescheduled.

Yes. It provides performance and applied work that supports audition preparation.


Studio & Session Etiquette

πŸ”Ή In Person

A private residence in East York near Woodbine Ave & Mortimer Ave (north of the Danforth).

Arrive at your scheduled time. Do not come to the door early. There is no waiting area. Students are booked back-to-back.

Yes. Students under 18 must attend the first visit with one parent or guardian.

Yes. Once the child is comfortable to proceed the parent may either stay for the lesson or wait outside. One-on-one lessons work best without distractions.

No. Please reschedule.

A private, quiet space with good lighting where the student can sit as well as stand.

No. The webcam must remain stationary.

Webcam and audio must be tested prior to the session.

1 Energize Session equals 1 credit.
A 90-minute visit is scheduled as 2 Energize Sessions (2 credits).
1 Intro Session equals 1 credit.
90-minute Ignite Sessions cannot be booked inside a package.

Consultations
1 Exchange Consult Session equals 1 credit.
A 90-minute visit is scheduled as 2 Exchange Consults (2 credits).
90-minute Interpret Consult cannot be booked inside a package.
(Consultations do not have an Intro session)

No. Scheduling remains subject to availability. Time slots are secured only when booked and confirmed.

No. Sessions are restricted to eligible services.

No. Packages are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

Memberships provide a fixed number of sessions each month through recurring billing.

Memberships are available to new students and returning students.

Memberships apply to Singing Lessons and Public Speaking Lessons only.

Elevate Membership

4 sessions per month.

The billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and renews monthly.

New students book one Intro Session for their first visit. Remaining sessions are booked as Energize Sessions.
Returning students book Energize Sessions. Each billing cycle is booked as Energize Sessions.

1 Energize Session equals 1 credit.
A 90-minute visit is scheduled as 2 Energize Sessions (2 credits).
1 Intro Session equals 1 credit.
90-minute Ignite Sessions cannot be booked inside a membership.

No. Unused sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle.

No. Scheduling remains subject to availability. Time slots are secured only when booked and confirmed.

No. Memberships are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle. After that, the membership becomes inactive and services requiring membership access cannot be booked.

Yes. Sessions should be scheduled promptly, as availability is limited.

Credit card, debit, and e-transfer (CAD) are accepted. 

No. 13% HST is added where applicable. 

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 

No. All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.

A credit represents one session inside a package or membership.

Within a package or membership, sessions function as credits:

Consultations (Packages only)

Yes. Credits expire according to the package period or membership billing cycle under which they were issued.

No. Credits are non-transferable. 

Unused credits are forfeited upon expiry.

Deposits apply only to Performance Lab and MasterClass bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins. 

Yes. The full amount may be paid when the booking is made.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The booking is cancelled and the reserved spot is released.

No. Payment is not accepted at the session. It must be completed at booking or before the session begins.

Gift Cards and Coupons apply credit or discounts but do not alter booking rules.

A gift card is prepaid credit that can be applied toward eligible services at booking.

Gift cards reduce the price of a booking by applying stored credit during checkout.

Yes. Validity and expiry are defined by the terms displayed at purchase.

Expired gift cards are invalid and cannot be applied.

No. Gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

A coupon is a conditional discount that can be applied toward eligible services at booking.

Coupons adjust pricing at checkout according to the rules of the promotion.

Yes. Expiry and validity rules are defined by the promotion.

No. Coupons cannot be combined.
